CBI Considerations

Pod sales are designed to support Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program, accelerating your path to citizenship and long-term residency. Purchasing pods in order to participate in the CBI Program will require you to meet the minimum investment requirements and pay the necessary government fees.

Nomad Nest Savanne

Set in private grounds, Savanne promises seclusion whilst being close to several small towns and villages. The co-working space and hub will be augmented by residential eco pods.
