Our Founders
Sylvester “Silvi” Magloire
A visionary entrepreneur with deep roots in Dominica, Silvi brings extensive local experience and community engagement. His passion for eco-friendly innovation and local empowerment drives the mission of Land Developer.
A resident of Guernsey, his adoptive home, Silvi manages several businesses that include an international recruitment firm. He understands the nuanced requirements of transient workers in international finance centres and digital nomads.
Simon Le Pennec
Simon’s experience and qualifications in international finance and the environmental sciences augment Silvi’s passion and vision for Dominica. Coupled with a deep understanding of emerging sustainable technologies, all projects come with exciting, innovative and ambitious specifications.
Having lived in the Cayman Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Luxembourg, Simon understands the needs and challenges of international workers who wish to move to island jurisdictions.
